Merging Passion & Purpose at Mane Stream

Meet Julia Regnault, MS, CCC-SLP

We are delighted to introduce the newest member of our therapy staff, Speech-Language Pathologist, Julia Regnault. A native of central New Jersey, Julia’s journey to Mane Stream is the culmination of a distinguished professional pursuit and a lifelong, unwavering love for horses. This affinity for all things equine began in childhood; she spent six years taking riding lessons and later gained experience working at horseback riding summer camps.

A Dedication to Clinical Excellence

Julia’s commitment to her field is built on a foundation of exceptional education and advanced practice. She earned both her Bachelor of Science in Health Science (2021) and her Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology (2022) from Misericordia University in Dallas, PA. Never one to stop learning, she is currently pursuing a Doctor of Science in Health Science at East Stroudsburg University to further enhance her research and educational skills.

As a highly accomplished clinician, Julia brings diverse experience across the lifespan, having worked in early intervention, subacute rehabilitation, and outpatient hospital settings. She is a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in New Jersey and is certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).

Julia is dedicated to offering the highest level of care, evidenced by her commitment to advanced specialty certifications, including: LSVT LOUD®, SPEAK OUT!®, PhoRTE®, VitalStim®/DINES, and Manual Therapy for Voice and Swallowing Disorders. Her commitment to continued learning was formally recognized in 2025 when she earned the ASHA Award for Continuing Education (ACE).

Empowering Communication and Independence

Ultimately, Julia’s professional passion is deeply personal: she strives to guide clients to communicate with confidence, feel empowered, and increase independence through personalized, evidence-based therapy approaches. She is excited to bring this empowering approach to the unique setting Mane Stream offers.

Julia shared her enthusiasm about joining the team, “I am so grateful to be a part of the Mane Stream team. I have learned so much from the occupational therapists, Emily Istvan and Therese D’Adezzio, staff members, and volunteers throughout this transition, and I want to extend a special thanks to Melanie Dominko-Richards, MS, CCC-SLP, HPCS whose guidance has provided valuable insight into working in this unique setting as a speech-language pathologist. I'm excited to bring what I've learned from our mentoring sessions to the clients I work with and to continue growing alongside this incredible team.”

When she isn’t working to empower clients, Julia embraces her love for the outdoors, enjoys traveling, and cherishes time spent with family and friends.

We warmly welcome Julia Regnault and look forward to the wonderful contributions she will make to our clients and their families!
